Erlegh Lodge No 9110 is a Lodge of Freemasons based in Berkshire and meeting under the governing body for English Freemasons. We are what you would call a "summer lodge" and we meet in the Masonic Centre in Sindlesham on the first Tuesday in May, June, July, August, and December. Meetings usually start around 6.00pm.
The lodge has a great feeling of camaraderie, good humour and friendship. The lodge comprises of a good variety of occupations that includes builders, electricians, accountants, company directors, and many more both working and retired.
Always being a little different and being founded out of a love for good food, good wine and good friends, we always have our traditional Christmas Dinner in July and our August meeting (held in Wokingham) is always a Curry night. Particular emphasis is put on social activities including a traditional Ladies Festival normally held over a weekend in Bournemouth. Other activities include a BBQ, and even the occasional trip to the casino in Reading!
With a deep tradition of good Masonic ritual, we see how we are helping to Make Good Men Better. This helps our brethren develop their Leadership & Personal Development skills. When you think about it, it is no surprise that so many great leaders were/are Freemasons!
So whether you are new to Freemasonry, are looking for a lodge to visit while in England or are simply looking for a lodge to help you continue your Freemasonry in the Summer, you won't find a better group of men.
So come along and meet us today!
